B5 Digital Frequency Shift Repeater
Model: 44331D
The digital Frequency Shift Repeater (FSR) is designed to boost weak mobile signals, expanding network coverage in areas where installing fiber optic or dedicated cables isn't feasible. It's a more cost-effective solution than a traditional RF repeater.
The system is made up of two parts: a Main Unit (MU) and a Remote Unit (RU).
The Main Unit captures the signal from a Base Transceiver Station (BTS) via a donor antenna. It then converts the signal from its original working frequency to a different link frequency, amplifying it before transmitting it to the Remote Unit.
The Remote Unit receives this amplified signal, converts it back to the original working frequency, and broadcasts it to the area with inadequate network coverage.
The same process works in reverse for mobile signals coming from users, amplifying them and sending them back to the BTS.
Enhance the coverage of remote areas.
Multi-band support offers flexibility to meet various network demands.
Fine-grained control is achieved through individual sub-band activation/deactivation.
Intelligent algorithms effectively mitigate uplink interference.
Independent gain control further optimizes performance.
Self-control mechanisms minimize interference during new base station deployments.
NMS facilitates remote/local control and monitoring.
